Crescent Road Play Area Closure

Lutterworth Town Council have made the difficult decision to close the Crescent Road play equipment due to safety concerns. The Town Council have not taken this decision lightly and believe that this is the best course of action.

The Town Council have been looking into options for renewal of the play equipment since the Coventry Road play area was replaced last year and were hoping to keep the play area open until new equipment can be installed but safety concerns must take priority and there is no other option but to close it off completely, immediately.

The playing fields will remain accessible to the public but the play equipment will be closed off completely until a time when the Grounds Maintenance team can start to dismantle the equipment and remove it completely.
