Lutterworth Special Expenses
Special Expenses are a charge by the District Council to pay for maintenance and upkeep of assets within the parished area of Lutterworth through your Council Tax Bill. This could be anything from Closed Churchyards, Cemeteries, Parks and Open Spaces.
In Lutterworth's case it is for the maintenance and upkeep of the Country Park.
